1. Probation Declaration Form

2. Regularization Form

3. Work Satisfactory & No charges Pending

4. Leave status format

6. Antecedent Verification 

7. Departmental Exam Result

8. Services Register up to date Entries

these all physically submit to your MDO / MCs they verify it and signed all formats.

 

Online Process

ANM  update your details properly and submit for declaration in HRMS login

1. ANM Login - Enter Details

2. MDO / MC Login - Verify Physical Forms and Approval in HRMS

3. DMHO Login - Verify Physical Forms and Approval in HRMS

4. RD Login - Verify Physical Forms and Declare the Probation in HRMS

5. Probation Declaration orders serve.

this process must complete on or before 30.06.2022 and who completed this process their HRMS data link with salary and sanctioned Master Scale and get Full Salary on 01.07.2022
