SDG సర్వేపై సూచనలు | రిపోర్ట్ తీసుకోను విధానం
పోషకాహార లోపం ఉన్న పిల్లలు, రక్తహీనత ఉన్న కౌమార బాలికలు, రక్తహీనత ఉన్న గర్భిణీ స్త్రీలు మరియు డ్రాపౌట్‌ల సామాజిక - ఆర్థిక మరియు ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితులను మెరుగుపరచడం కోసం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం స్థిరమైన అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలలో 8 సూచికలకు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత నిచ్చింది.
GVWV & VSWS డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్, ఆధార్ నంబర్, క్లస్టర్ ఐడి, ఆర్‌సిహెచ్ ఐడి (వర్తించే చోట) వంటి వివరాలను సంగ్రహించడానికి మరియు ekyc పొందేందుకు గ్రామ/వార్డు సెక్రటేరియట్‌ల WEA/WWDS ద్వారా SDG సర్వేను నిర్వహించేందుకు బెనిఫిషియరీ ఔట్రీచ్ యాప్‌లోని మాడ్యూల్‌ను ప్రారంభిస్తుంది.
◾️ నాలుగు సబ్ మాడ్యూల్స్‌లో సర్వే పూర్తి చేయాలి
(1) 0-5 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సు గల పిల్లలు
(2) 6-19 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సు గల పిల్లలు,
(3) రక్తహీనత ఉన్న కౌమార బాలికలు (10-19 సంవత్సరాలు),
(4) రక్తహీనత గల గర్భిణీ స్త్రీలు (15-49 సంవత్సరాలు).
💫 SDG సర్వేను గుణాత్మకంగా పూర్తి చేయడానికి WEA / WWDS కి సహాయం చేయడానికి మహిళా పోలీసులు, ANM, అంగన్‌వాడీ వర్కర్లతో గ్రామ / వార్డు స్థాయి బృందాన్ని MPDOలు / మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్‌లు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.
💫 ఇంకా, వారి సంబంధిత క్లస్టర్లలో సర్వే సమయంలో బృందానికి సహాయం చేయడానికి వాలంటీర్లకు తగిన సూచనలను జారీ చేయండి.
🤰 ఇంకా, ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ, లబ్ధిదారులను ముఖ్యంగా గర్భిణీ స్త్రీలను గ్రామ/వార్డు సచివాలయ కార్యాలయాలకు ekyc పొందడం కోసం పిలవవద్దని ఆదేశించింది.
💫 గ్రామ/వార్డు స్థాయి బృందం తప్పనిసరిగా లబ్దిదారుని ఇంటిని సందర్శించి డేటాను సంగ్రహించడానికి మరియు ekycని పొందాలి.
