SDG సర్వే కు సంబందించిన ఏ టెక్నికల్ సమస్యలు ఉన్న 7337027999 & 7337028111 నెంబర్ లకు కాంటాక్ట్ అవ్వండి.
👉 గర్భిణీ స్త్రీ కొన్ని ఇతర సెక్రటేరియట్ పరిమితుల్లో మ్యాప్ చేయబడ్డాయి కాబట్టి శోధన ఎంపికలను ప్రారంభించడం కోసం అభ్యర్థన.
జవాబు: ప్రస్తుతం సచివాలయం వెలుపల ఉన్న గర్భిణీ స్త్రీలకు eKYC చేయడానికి, OTP ఆధారిత eKYC ఎంపిక కొత్త వెర్షన్ 10.8 లో ఇవ్వబడింది.

👉 SDG సర్వే లో 0-5 చైల్డ్ కు సంబంధించి ఆధార్ లేకపోతే ఏమి చేయాలి?
జవాబు: చైల్డ్ AADHAR (baal aadhar) వచ్చిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే వారికి సర్వే చేయాలి.
👉 చైల్డ్ బెనిఫిషియరీ కోడ్ లేదా చైల్డ్ ఐడి లేదా UDISE కోడ్ తప్పుగా ఉంటే మేము సర్వే చేయగలమా.
జవాబు: చైల్డ్ బెనిఫిషియరీ కోడ్ లేదా చైల్డ్ UDISE కోడ్ కీలకమైన ఐడెంటిఫైయర్‌లు. కాబట్టి, అవి సరిపోలాలి.
👉 తల్లి ఆధార్ తప్పు అయితే సర్వే చేయొచ్చు కదా.
జవాబు: మదర్/గార్డియన్ ఆధార్‌ను నమోదు చేయడానికి ఒక ఎంపిక ఇవ్వబడింది. మీరు సరైన మదర్ ఆధార్ IDని నమోదు చేసి eKYC చేయవచ్చు.
👉 పేర్లను గుర్తించడం కష్టం, కాంటాక్ట్ నంబర్లు కూడా సరిగ్గా పనిచేయడం లేదు. 12-అంకెల ఆధార్‌ను ఎనేబుల్ చేస్తే, వ్యక్తిని కనుగొనడం సులభం అవుతుంది.
జవాబు: ప్రారంభించబడిన సమూహాల ఆధార్ ID అందుబాటులో లేదు. గర్భిణీ స్త్రీలు, పిల్లలు 0-5 ఏళ్లు & 6-19 ఏళ్లలోపు వారి ఆధార్ IDని క్యాప్చర్ చేయడం కోసం ఈ వ్యాయామం.
👉 ఇప్పటికే డెలివరీ అయిన గర్భిణీ స్త్రీకి సర్వేలో ఎంపిక ఇవ్వబడలేదు మరియు ఇప్పటికీ యాప్‌లో చూపబడుతోంది.
జవాబు: “డెలివరీ తేదీ” తో “డెలివరీ పూర్తయింది” అదే అప్‌డేట్ చేయడానికి Pregnant Women యొక్క status కొరకు Live, Death , Currently Not Pregnant మరియు Delivery Completed options ఇవ్వడం జరిగినది.
👉 నెలల మధ్యలో స్త్రీకి అబార్షన్ జరిగితే ప్రవేశించడానికి ఎంపిక అవసరం.
జవాబు: “ప్రస్తుతం గర్భవతి కాదు” అదే అప్‌డేట్ చేసే ఆప్షన్ కొత్త వెర్షన్ 10.8 లో ఇవ్వబడింది.

👉 గర్భిణీ స్త్రీ WCD డేటా & హెల్త్ డేటా రెండింటినీ ప్రదర్శిస్తే, సర్వే రెండు డేటాలో తీసుకోవాలి.
జవాబు: అవును, రెండు సందర్భాల్లో, సర్వే చేయవలసి ఉంది
👉 0-5 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సు గల వారికి పిల్లల RCH డేటాను కనుగొనడం కష్టం.
జవాబు: 2 సంవత్సరాల కంటే తక్కువ వయస్సు ఉన్న పిల్లలకు చైల్డ్ RCH ID తప్పనిసరి. పిల్లల వయస్సు 2 సంవత్సరాల కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉంటే ఇది ఐచ్ఛికం. 2 సంవత్సరాల కంటే తక్కువ వయస్సు ఉన్న మరియు RCH ID ని అందించని పిల్లలకు, దానిని అందించడానికి మరియు సర్వేలో అప్‌డేట్ చేయడానికి ANM ని సంప్రదించండి.
👉 అన్ని సర్వే కేసులలో డెత్ ఆప్షన్ అందించాలి.

👉 పేర్లు తప్పుగా ఉన్నట్లయితే వాటిని సవరించడానికి ఎంపికను అభ్యర్థించండి.

👉 వలసదారులకు ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వాలి.

👉 APPలో పిల్లల ఇంటిపేరు ఇవ్వబడలేదు, పిల్లలను కనుగొనడం చాలా కష్టం, ఎందుకంటే సంప్రదింపు నంబర్ కూడా సరిగ్గా పని చేయదు. (దీని కోసం క్లస్టర్ వారీగా అభ్యర్థించిన డేటా అందించాలి)
జవాబు: WCD డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ ఇచ్చిన డేటా ఏదైనా యాప్‌లో నిండి ఉంటుంది. వారి తల్లిదండ్రుల ప్రస్తుత కాంటాక్ట్ నంబర్‌ని నింపడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తారు. అది GSWS డేటాబేస్‌లో అందుబాటులో ఉంది. అలాగే, WEA/WWDS సంప్రదించవచ్చు,
పిల్లలను గుర్తించేందుకు అంగన్‌వాడీ కేంద్రాలు. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న అంగన్‌వాడీ కేంద్రాన్ని యాప్‌లో త్వరలో నింపనున్నారు.
👉 6-19 సంవత్సరాలలో, తల్లి పేరు & ఆధార్ కోసం ఎడిట్ చేయడానికి వయస్సు వారికి ఎంపిక అవసరం.
జవాబు: దయచేసి తల్లి ఆధార్‌ను నమోదు చేసి, eKYC చేయండి. ఆధార్ IDలో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న నవీకరించబడిన పేర్లు స్వయంచాలకంగా పొందబడతాయి
👉 6-19 సంవత్సరాలలో, వయస్సు సర్వే తల్లి పేరుతో చూపబడుతుంది మరియు తల్లి/సంరక్షక కాలమ్‌లో తండ్రి ఆధార్ నంబర్ చూపబడుతుంది. (రెండింటి కోసం సవరణ ఎంపికను అభ్యర్థించండి)
జవాబు: దయచేసి తల్లి ఆధార్‌ను నమోదు చేసి, eKYC చేయండి. ఆధార్ IDలో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న నవీకరించబడిన పేర్లు స్వయంచాలకంగా పొందబడతాయి.
👉 0-5 మరియు 6-19 Age survey నందు Children యొక్క status కొరకు Live మరియు Death options ఇవ్వడం జరిగినది.
OTP ద్వారా చేయడానికి కూడా కొత్త వెర్షన్ 10.8 లో ఇవ్వబడింది.

Issues Identified While Doing SDG Survey:
Ans: If child doesn't have Aadhar, ask the citizen to enroll for aadhar and after getting the aadhar complete survey
💥 Pregnant Woman: Some are mapped in other secretariat limits so request raised for search options enable.
Ans: To do the eKYC of Pregnant women who are out of Secretariat currently, an OTP based eKYC option given in BOP Ver 10.8
💥 Can we do the survey If child Beneficiary Code or Child Id or UDISE code is wrong.
Ans: Child Beneficiary code or Child UDISE code are the key Identifiers. So, they should match.
💥 Can we do the survey if mother Aadhar is wrong.
Ans: There is an option given to enter Mother/Guardian Aadhaar. You can enter the right Mother Aadhaar ID and do the eKYC.
💥 Difficult in tracing the names, contact numbers are also not working Properly. Requested raised is if the 12-digit Aadhar is enabled it will be easier to find the person.
Ans: Aadhaar ID of the enabled groups are not available. This exercise is to capture Aadhaar ID of Pregnant Women, Children 0-5 Age & 6-19 age.
💥 Option not given in survey for the Pregnant Woman who got delivered already and still showing in the app.
Ans: “Delivery Completed” with “Delivery date” Options to update the same provided in New Ver 10.8
💥 Need option to enter if they woman got abortion in middle of the months.
Ans: “Currently Not Pregnant” Option to update the same provided in New Ver 10.8
💥 What if the pregnant woman presents both in WCD data & Health Data, do the survey should be taken in both data.
Ans: Yes, in both cases, the Survey need to be done
💥 For 0-5 Years age group difficult in finding the Child RCH Data.
Ans: The Child RCH ID is mandated for the children below 2 Years. It is an optional if the child is above 2 years. For those children who are under 2 Yrs and not given with RCH ID, Contact ANM to provide the same and update it in the survey
💥 Death Option should be provided in all the survey cases.
Ans: “Death” Option to update the same provided in New Ver 10.8
💥 Once the survey completed, there should be some tick mark or that particular surveyed details should be kept as completed.
Ans: The Update is already enabled in the app. Please download the Latest Version
💥 Request option to edit the names if they are in mis-spelt.
Ans: As we are doing the eKYC, the right names will be fetched Automatically.
💥 Option for migrants has to be given.
Ans: “ Migrated to another place” Option to update the
💥 Child Surname is not given in the APP so difficult in finding the child, as the contact number also not working properly. (For this requested for Cluster wise data should be provided)
Ans: Whatever the data given by WCD Department is populated in the App. Will try to populate their parents’ current contact no. that is available in the GSWS database. Also, the WEA/WWDS can contact Anganwadi Centres to identify the Child. The Current Anganwadi centre will be populated soon in the App.
💥 In 6-19 years, age group need option to edit for Mother name & Aadhar.
Ans: Please enter mother Aadhaar and do the eKYC. The updated names available in Aadhaar ID will be fetched automatically
💥 In 6-19 years, age survey it is shown with Mother name, and in Mother/ Guardian column father Aadhar number is shown. (Request Edit Option for both)
